Unique and exceptional lamp in hand-welded brass with mounted agate and perforated welded shade by Jacques Duval-Brasseur, France 1970's (signed “JD Brasseur”).  Jacques Duval-Brasseur was a noted French sculptor and designer who incorporated precious and exotic materials into his pieces.
