Rare pair of "JMF Benches" in high gloss black lacquer with original leather seats by Karl Springer, American 1980's. These sculptural benches are absolutely stunning examples of Springer’s ability to combine elegant forms with the finest materials.

Karl Springer LTD paper catalog published in the 1970’s, this model is shown on page 50 turned 90 degrees with the cushion in the curved section. They were made both ways.
