Large one-of-a-kind Impressionist still life with sunflowers in a vase on a table cloth and book, polychrome enamels painted on bronze, with wood-grain bronze frame by Philip & Kelivn LaVerne, 1960's (signed “Philip K. LaVerne” on front.) The LaVernes were huge admirers of Impressionist painters and they experimented with a small number of their own works. This work on bronze is vibrant and captivating.
