Rare and impressive set of 6 Sculpted Bronze Dining Chairs in bronze resin with upholstered seats by Paul Evans, American 1969 (signed "PE 69" in resin). This design of dining chair is extremely rare and very comfortable. This material was created from a mixture of epoxy resin and sand applied to a plywood or metal base and sculpted into various swirls, drips and other patterns. Once hardened, the finish was sandblasted, sprayed with an atomized bronze finish, varnished, blown with a torch to provide a smoky look, polished, and then varnished again. The resulting work has a metallic sheen but is lightweight compared with something made of cast bronze. Seats have been newly upholstered in a beautiful blue fabric by Lobel Modern.

One-of-a-kind Impressionist paining with seated female nude, hand-painted enamels on curved and patinated brazed bronze panel, by Philip & Kelvin LaVerne, American 1960's (signed “Philip Kelvin LaVerne” on bottom right corner). This work is a tour de force of artisanship. The panel itself is seamlessly welded into a 3 dimensional surface on 2 different curves.
