Rare and early dining table with base and top covered in pie-cut 2-tone embossed leather with solid lucite supports by Karl Springer, American 1970's. This table has been completely restored. The bottom lacquer color is blue and the top lacquer color is white. The meticulous craftsmanship and superb materials are the hallmarks of Karl Springer’s designs.

Karl Springer was adept at taking beautiful genuine artifacts and modifying them with his own artistic touches to turn them into his own functional art. This table is super chic.
